Actress Nana Ama McBrown has been taking fans on her workout journey but a new video from her takes fans behind the scenes at a whole new level.

In the new video, McBrown shows fans her protruding belly for the first time.

McBrown said she’s showing everyone the belly because she’s working to get rid of it and she wants everyone to know they can also do same.

McBrown filmed herself out in the field doing her workout. She was in workout clothes but had a corset on hand to demonstrate how she often hides her belly.
