Veteran Ghanaian artiste Gyedu Blay Ambolley has become a ghost all due to a court case with Okyeame Kwame.
Okyeame has sued Amboley for defamation since March this year and since then, he’s not been found to be served his court papers.
A fed-up Okyeame Kwame thus took to Twitter today to serve him via social media, calling it a legal action.
“We have been trying to give this writ to Mr Gyadu-Blay Ambolley since March this year but the bailiff couldn’t find him to deliver. So pls if you know where the legend is, pls tell him the court is looking for Him. He must report within 8 days. This document is legal. Thank You,” he wrote.
Okyeame Kwame is suing Gyedu Blay for defamation over comments the singing legend passed about money misused at MUSIGA.
He claimed Okyeame Kwame had received Ghc 50,000 from Obour out of the Ghc 2m given to the union by government.
After his comments, Okyeame Kwame called them a lie and sued Ambolley.
This happened in March and since then, the musician is nowhere to be found!
