Member of Parliament for Assin Central and the maker of scary allegations in Ghana, Honourable Kennedy Agyapong, has dropped another bombshell.
According to the MP, former Vice President Amissah-Arthur was killed by the NDC to stop him from challenging former President John Dramani Mahama as NDC flagbearer.
Agyapong made the allegation on his favourite medium of dropping allegations, Net 2 TV, the Accra based TV station he owns.
Agyapong said Amissah-Arthur was poisoned ‘Russian style’ – referring to using a toxic, untraceable poison to kill dissenters – a method associated with the Russian government.
“They (the NDC) are desperate for power and if we joke they will do a lot of bad things. October and November they are going to create insecurity in this country,” Agyapong said.
“When Amissah-Arthur opened an office in East Legon to contest Mahama, he was very fit. How did he die? He was just training and he fell. They did it to him like Russian style. That is why I was warning Tracey Boakye,” he added.
The former Veep died whilst training in a gym. He collapsed and was rushed to hospital but unfortunately didn’t make it.
