Charterhouse, organizers of the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards and KPMG, the official audit agency in charge of voting, have released the raw totals for the just ended awards.
The totals show the votes each artiste nominated for the topmost award managed to gain.

Kuami Eugene won the coveted award this year ahead of Sarkodie and Kofi Kinaata and it has generated some controversy with people saying he doesn’t deserve it.
However, the vote totals show a comfortable win for Eugene who finished with 36%, way ahead of Diana Hamilton on 26% and Sarkodie surprisingly third on 22%.

Kofi Kinaata and Medikal were the last on the list with Medikal getting an embarrassing 2%.
The totals are made up of – 40% public voting, 30% VGMA Academy and 30% VGMA Board.
