A conversation has been sparked between Ghanaians on social media over the tricks pastors are using to snatch girlfriends and fiances from people.
The trending story of the moment, the murder of one Barbara Tommey by her husband, Ghanaian pastor Sylvester Ofori, sparked this discussion.
Ofori shot his wife and killed her last week in Orlando, Florida, in the United States of America. Apparently they were getting divorced and he was not happy with it.

Numerous stories about the couple have come out since then. One story claims that Barbara was dating someone in the church and Pastor Ofori told her that God wants her to date him. So she dumped her boyfriend to date the pastor and it all ended in this tragedy.
That has triggered other Ghanaians to also come out with similar stories of pastors snatching ladies using this same claim. It seems some Ghanaian girls are very shallow and get weak in the knees whenever they hear a pastor claiming they have been chosen by God!
