In Africa, if you’re not an amazing businessman, entrepreneur or innovator, there are two surefire way to riches – becoming a preacher or a politician.
People who join these two professions are worshipped beyond reason and nothing they do is critically challenged. They are therefore able to amass wealth at the people’s expense whilst the same people cheer them on.
Many years ago, Majid Michel and John Dumelo were two ordinary actors who were struggling in the dead Ghanaian movie industry.

Like two smart men, they escaped that dead industry and entered more lucrative industries – Dumelo into politics and Majid into ministry.

Anyway, back to the two, today happens to be Majid Michel’s birthday.
His buddy and fellow smart man John Dumelo has taken to Twitter to wish him a happy birthday.
Dumelo shared an old photo of himself and Majid and wished him well.
