Actress Ama K. Abebrese, one of the few remaining black and beautiful actresses in the Ghanaian industry, has taken shots at other celebs who have bleached their skin.
Generally, many of our celebs come onto the scene looking their natural selves, then the more famous they become the fairer they become.
It’s almost like they believe you need to bleach to be a serious celebrity.
Ama K. Abebrese in a new post on social media has taken aim at people who are bleaching their skin in this day and age.
Ama K. fired a general warning shot out there about bleaching but with the act being prevalent in the celebrity world you can’t say the bullets won’t hit some of her colleagues.
She wrote: “Sooo really really, some people are still bleaching their skin. Like, you are really buying whitening products and putting it in your skin to lighten it. Ohh and then deny it and and say it’s just ‘toning’. Err ok.”
A question for the gods! Celebrities like former African woman Becca, Yvonne Nelson, Empress Gifty and the rest should come and answer it for us.
