An Indian man who worships U.S President Donald Tump has died after fasting too long.
The man, Bussa Krishna from India’s Telangana state, died from cardiac arrest after fasting for days.
A diehard Trump fan, Bussa reportedly worshipped the U.S President like a God.
He has built a statue of Trump at a shrine where he goes to worship him like a god.
Bussa reportedly became very agitated when he learned Trump had tested positive for COVID-19 and decided to fast and pray for his recovery.
“He was upset when he learned about Trump testing positive for the COVID-19. He spent sleepless nights, starved and prayed for the US President Trump’s recovery for the past three-four days,” a source told Indian website indiantvnews.
After fasting for days, Krishna reportedly fell over and died from a cardiac arrest whilst at a relative’s residence having tea.
It’s not clear what led to his cardiac arrest but it’s entirely possible that he had an underlying condition which was exacerbated by him fasting nonstop for days.
