The Battle is the Lord’s – Sarkodie Divides Opinion As He Happily Endorses Akufo-Addo – Releases Song for Him

Rapper Sarkodie has made it clear that he stands with the reigning NPP government in the upcoming 2020 elections.

Sarkodie in a new song has effectively endorsed Nana Akufo-Addo with a slogan of ‘Toaso’.

Sarkodie dropped a new single featuring Kuami Eugene titled ‘Happy Day’ and used the chance of his verse to talk some politics.

Sarkodie praised the end of dumsor and the free SHS policies by Akufo-Addo then said he should ‘toaso’ in power – literally meaning continue.

Sarkodie has joined numerous celebrities endorsing the NPP as the elections draw near including Samini, Daddy Lumba, Praye and others.

Whether they’ve taken some coins or not to do what they’re currently doing is up for debate.
