Shatta Wale Bags First Nominations At BET Soul Train Awards – See Full List


Dreams come true. Shatta Wale has been nominated at the 2020 Soul Train Award Presented by BET for his ‘Already’ feature with Beyonce and Major Lazer.

The exceptional music video which was shot in different parts of Africa got nominated in the Best Dance Performance category along with other great music videos.

Shatta Wale and Beyonce will be competing with videos like Do It by Chloe X Halle,  Go Crazy by Chris Brown & Young Thug,  Levi High by Danileigh Feat. Dababy,  Why I Still Love You by Missy Elliott and Bare Wit Me by Teyana Taylor for the award.

‘Already’ a single off Beyonce’s 2019 released album, The Lion King: The Gift and it featured Ghanaian dancehall artiste Shatta Wale and Major Lazer.

The show which will air on BET Africa on Nov. 29, BET France on Dec. 1, BET UK on Dec. 2, and BET South Korea on Dec. 2 will be co-hosted by Tisha Campbell and Tichina Arnold.
