For absolutely no reason at all, Wendy Shay is celebrating her manager Bullet today and she has taken to Instagram to do that.

Wendy says she does not need so many words to tell the world how much she appreciates him.

Taking to her Instagram page, she shared a picture of Bullet, thanking him for making her a star in the past two and a half years.
