A famous Ghanaian music promoter and event organizer, Sadick Assah aka Sleeky Promotions has insisted that in order to manage a female artiste properly, one must have a romantic relationship with her.

Sleeky said an artiste manager must never invest his millions into a female musician without dating them. In his view, there must be a relationship.

He explained that dating your female artiste ensures quality vigilance on your investment because ladies are emotional and must be guarded before they skid off with the nearest man that shows them affection.

The music promoter concluded his submission by saying dating your female artiste brings understanding and speeds up work and coordination.
