Confusion broke out in the Ayawaso West Constituency as parliamentary candidates John Dumelo and Lydia Alhassan held a debate ahead of the December 7th elections.
The two are battling each other to become MP of the constituency, with Dumelo attempting to unseat the incumbent Lydia.
Their campaign has been hot and fiery and it reached a boiling point during this debate.

When the moderator asked Lydia about Dumelo being stopped after trying to dredge some gutters in the consituency, she called him a senseless man.
According to her instead of trying to find the proper procedure to follow, Dumelo just jumped in anyhow with no sense.
The crowd at the debate did not like that and started booing. John later shared the video and mocked Lydia for coming late to the debate.
“You came 2 hours late to a debate and used your 15mins allocation to say I don’t have sense? I’m impressed…..” he wrote.

The battle is getting hotter and luckily we’re just about 2 weeks from election day.
Ayawaso West Wuogon is going to be the race to follow.
