Minister for Foreign affairs, Madam Shirley Ayokor Botchway, has joined the list of parliamentarians who think John Dumelo is not the right person for a member of parliament.

She opined that Parliament is a place for serious minds that are ready to provide practical solution to the problems of the nation not people who gained fame from acting.

John Dumelo is contesting under the wings of the National Democratic Congress(NDC) as member of Parliament for Ayawaso West Wuogon and will be competing against Madam Lydia Seyram Alhassan.

The actor has been very helpful to his constituency and hopes he is selected to represent them in Parliament.

Dumelo and Alhassan were on 3News today for a debate but their peaceful trade of words nearly turned physical.
