Former President John Dramani Mahama who doubles as the flagbearer for the National Democratic Congress party is currently being trolled after allegedly tweeting ‘stop the declaration’.

Even though the Electoral Commission of Ghana hasn’t officially declared the results of the 2020 elections.

Some media houses have called the elections for the New Patriotic Party which means President Akufo-Addo has won the elections.

However, there seems to be a misunderstanding over such declaration as NDC’s General Secretary Johnson Asiedu Nketia and their Communications Officer Sammy Gyamfi have opposed claim that Akufo-Addo has won.

Apparently, former President John Dramani Mahama is being trolled for allegedly posting that the EC should stop the declaration.

Meanwhile, the Electoral Commission has rescinded it decision to declare the election at 5 pm until further notice!
