Nam1’s Brother Arrested For Fraud – Details


Stanley Mensah Kodia, the unofficial spokesman and brother of Nana Appiah Mensah Aka Nam1 has bee reportedly arrested for fraud.

Stanley popularly known as KOD was arrested by the Property Fraud Unit of the Ghana Police Service after a real estate developer filed an official complaint against him.

According to the real estate developer, KOD and his father, Nii Okpoti Kodia in November 2015 sold 20 plots of land at Oyarifa Gravel Pit in the Greater Accra Region to him which he duly paid.

He explained he walled the plots of land he had legitimately bought from KOD and his father for future use but he returned recently to develop the land only to meet other persons on it claiming ownership.

The land has been encroached, resold and his wall pulled down.

The real estate developer revealed his checked revealed KOD and his father played a key role in the encroachment and resold of the 20 plots of land be bought from them.

KOD after his arrest faced the court and was granted bail later on Wednesday afternoon. He was also ordered to assist the investigation into the fraud case filed against him.

Stanley has been fighting for Nam1 ever since MenzGold collapsed. He parades himself as the brother of the Ghanaian entrepreneur and replies every message directed at Nam1.
