Ace broadcaster Nana Aba Anamoah has named and shamed health workers in Ghana taking bribes to change positive COVID tests to negative.

Ghana is recording new cases of COVID-19 in the country. President Akufo-Addo’s latest address on the viral disease has driven a huge conversation on social media.

It is in the wake of this conversation that Nana Aba Anamoah revealed how some health practitioners charge GH¢500 to change results of tests from positive to negative.

She tweeted; “Sister, some of our people are charging 500 cedis to change a positive result to negative”.

Nana Aba also bashed Ghana Health Service and Ghana Medical Association for allowing themselves to be manipulated by Political parties during the election.

She continued; “During the campaigning season, Ghana Health Service, Ghana Medical Association, etc. pandered to the whims of politicians and remembered medicine & science only after elections.”
