Ghanaians have been inspired by the story of Mr Joseph Makubu, a physically challenged man appointed as the new Regional Minister for Oti Region.

Mr. Makubu was included in the President’s list of 30 Ministers and 16 Regional Ministers to serve the country in the second term of Nana Akuffo-Addo.

Despite having one leg amputated, Mr. Makubu is praised by his region as a hard working man who holds the needs of his people at heart.

He has defied all odds to rise from an ordinary fanatic to a coordinator then later as an NPP regional secretary of Oti region.

Mr. Makubu is said to be a teacher by profession. His appointment by the President has been applauded and praises showered at him and the President.
