John Dumelo might actually be for real.
As the saying goes in Ghana, ‘no politician campaigns after elections are over’, or something like that.
We’re basically saying that we know our politicians – they come around every 4 years, deceive you with some goodies then abandon you after elections, never to be heard from again until the next election.
Actor John Dumelo has taken that to a whole new level ever since he entered politics.
He spent the entire campaign season helping people, giving out goodies and staying close to the community. Everyone thought he was doing that just to try and get elected.
However, despite losing the elections, John doesn’t appear to have changed. Celebrating his birthday today, the actor visited his hometown of Likpe Bala in the Volta Region for a donation exercise.
John presented much needed medical supplies to the community – consisting of syringes, Disp gloves, Examination lamps, Face masks, Zinc Oxide plasters, Gallons of sanitizers and parazone etc.

He posted about it on his Twitter handle.
Dumelo should be given some props for this because at least he’s not being a politician going into hiding after elections are over.
