The biggest news in Ghana at the moment is that the wife of Nana Akufo-Addo’s communications director Eugene Arhin, Gloria, has filed for divorce from the man.
Gloria’s divorce petition which has hit the web has dropped a bombshell on Ghanaians as she’s listed the amount of properties owned by Eugene Arhin.
Gloria herself said at the time the couple married in 2012 they were struggling to make ends meet. In fact she was making more money than Eugene.
A throwback photo of Eugene which has hit the web appears to perfectly capture how he was struggling back then. In fact the man was looking like a refugee!
All that changed in 2016. The NPP won the elections in that year and came into power in 2017. Eugene then asked his wife to stop working and take care of their kids.
Since then apparently Eugene has acquired all the properties in the world. Per what his wife says he now owns two four-storey buildings of 16 apartments each, a residential property in East Legon and at the AU Village in La and another residential property in his hometown of Senya Breku. Plus a resort in Ada-Foah and a barbering shop in Teshie.
He also owns 5 cars, according to the wife. The registerations on the car show most of them were purchased in 2018 and 2019.
Seriously, if you’re struggling in life and you have the talent, just enter politics.
