Shatta Wale has claimed in a recent video that there is no artiste in the country that has sold Ghana internationally more that him.

The award winning dancehall musician, still basking in old glories, stated that his project with Beyonce is the biggest in the history of Ghana and no musician can beat that.

Still in his bragging tone, Shatta stated that he is number one in the music industry and deserved to be crowned Artiste Of The Year every time in a awards schemes in Ghana–because of his single track with Beyonce.

“I rate myself number one already, nobody can rate me, not even the industry. In the history of Ghana, in my generation, no artiste has ever gone global like me and Beyonce’s song so no one can call himself artiste of the year” he said.

He also bashed industry players for not recognizing his efforts but rewarding low class musicians as number one and Artiste of the Year in the country.

According t him, all those who class any other artiste than him as ‘aritste of the year’ are “stupid, nonsense, foolish and uneducated!”

Now, we want to ask, is Shatta Wale the only musician in Ghana that has done a collaboration with an international artiste? Does he deserve to be awarded Artiste of The Year always because of his onetime feature of Beyonce’s project?
