Actress Juliet Ibrahim has reacted with fury to news that the office of Ghanaian LGBT individuals has been closed down by the police.
Ibrahim warns that if the persecution of LGBTs in the country continues, she will be forced to release the names of some top Ghanaian politicians who are gay.
The office of the LGBT community which had been opened in Ghana was closed down Wednesday by the Ghanaian police.
The closure follows intense public pressure calling on the government to close the space with many Ghanaians even calling for violence against the LGBT community.
The closure has been described as a civil rights violation.
Juliet Ibrahim, in reaction to it, hit out at the politicians talking bad about gays in public whilst practising it in secret.
