Aside social media trolls bashing her for calling Ghanaians shallow minded people, some influential people have also dissed her hopelessly.

Nana Ansah Obofour, a member of the NPP, has called actress Juliet Ibrahim an complete waste of sperm for supporting the rights of LGBTQ community.
He called the actress a hopeless individual who claims to be a celebrity that people should take as role model.
Nana Ansah wrote on twitter, “Dis are the so-called hopeless celebrities people see them as role models, imagining wasting your sperm to produce dis human as a daughter”

Entertainment critic and talent manager Kwesi Ernest in a recent post also tagged Juliet as a lost soul who needs salvation.
