She is not the owner of the house and she’s not even in charge of renting it out as she claims.
Apparently, the real landlord of Tracey Boakye’s former East Legon mansion has placed the house on sale or rent.
The building is going for $350000 on sale.
Currently, the house is in the hands of Facility Pro Management Services to sell the house or rent it out.
Kumawood actress Tracey Boakye has recently made news after she vacated her East Legon Mansion to a moderate apartment in Ashaley Botwe.
There have been reports that Tracey left the East Legon mansion because she could not afford the rent again after her 2 years stay and had to move out!

Reacting to the reports, Tracey had said that she herself has decided to rent the house out. However, it turns out Tracey is still deceiving everyone.
