Prince Willliam, the Duke of Cambridge, has fired back at his brother Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle after they insinuated the Royal Family is racist.
In his first public remarks since the story went viral, William said the royal family are ‘very much not a racist family’.
William’s comments come as a rebuttal to his brother Harry, the Duke of Sussex and his wife, Meghan, Duchess of Sussex.
Meghan and Harry told Oprah in a bombshell interview that the royal family discussed how dark their baby, Archie, would be before he was born.
They also said that they believe Archie’s colour played a role in him being refused a royal title and consequently the family receiving royal security.
Their interview has led to charges of racism being lobbed at the royal family.
In the first public comments by a royal family member since the interview, William, 2nd in line to the British throne, said their family are not racist.
He also admitted he’s yet to speak to his brother since the interview aired.
