Hon. Nii Kwartei Titus Glover, Former Member of Parliament for Tema constituency, has lamented over how dancehall musician Shatta Wale has been ungrateful to him.
The Ghanaian politician was in the studios of HITZ FM where he narrated how he has used his office to push the craft of Shatta Wale and how big a fan he is but the dancehall act have paid him back with silence.
He echoed that he has treated the musician well and supported his music the best way he can, bragging that he is the only politician in Ghana that can sing Shatta’s songs word for word but Shatta Wale is treating him like he does not exist.
Hon. Titus Glover made it clear that he has made many attempts to meet Shatta Wale but all his efforts fall on the rocks as the musician keeps tossing him.
“When someone is treating you well, supports your music, you appreciate the person. How many politicians support musicians? Not even a call from Shatta,” he sadly revealed.
The host Andy Dosty even confirmed that the politician tried reaching out to Shatta Wale through him which the musician said he was going to call the MP but has never done so.
Shatta Wale’s actions has placed him in a bad light as some social media users are calling him an ingrate for not appreciating the kind efforts of the former MP.
