This is a citizens humble question. Does the laws of a land apply to every individual from/ living in that geographical area or it only applies to to weak and poor in society?

Over the last few years many scenarios have had me asking the above question but I will limit my query to five occasions.
1. Lord Paper’s Awurama Music Video
In 2017 Ghanaian singer and raper Lord Paper made headlines for weeks after releasing a p*rn video as an official music video for his song “Awurama”. He amitted in many interviews that there were real s*x scenes in the music video and he paid the vixen handsomely.
The video was pulled down by YouTube and his music career was on the line but Lord Paper walks a free man with no encounter with the law.
2. Shatta Wale’s BJ S*x Tape He Shared On His Snapchat
In 2018, Dancehall icon Shatta Wale treated his fans on snapchat to how he uses and dumps slay queens. The musician released a series of short videos having ladies s**K his manhood in the studio.
In the said video, Shatta Wale was with two other friends receiving head from a lady. He later blamed his former signee Natty Lee for leaking the video on Snapchat.
Shatta is a free man in Miami Currently and going about his business.
3. D-Black and his Sushi chef
CEO for Black Avenue Music, Desmond Blackmore aka D-black made chinesse food Sushi a popular term in Ghana last year after a video of him having s*x with a lady went viral.
He later released a song with the Title Sushi hoping to capitalize on the buzz but it failed. Later that week, the lady in the video came out to allege that her phone was stolen and the video leaked to blackmail her.
4. Jay Bahd “y3 gye tiree”(meaning receiving head or fellatio)
On Monday, March 29, Asakaa member and rising Kumerican rapper is the latest to join the trend of leaked video. The rapper intentionally shared a video on twitter receiving head from a lady.
After he got massive backlash on social media for sharing the video he boldly came out to tweet that he only has s*x to release stress.
5. Daniel Duncan-Williams And His Public menace
The last born son of Archbishop Nicholas Duncan Williams set the internet on fire with videos of him having nude fan with 4 different women.
In one of the videos, he was with two girls at the poolside all naked. He was also seen kissing another lady passionately in yet another video.
Daniel Duncan Williams, the son of a respected preacher, calls himself East Legon porn star.
He, like the others are all free birds walking down the streets and going about their business but Wisa Gried was arrested and made to face the law when he showed his manhood on stage.
Akuapem Poloo is facing the same fate as Wisa Gried as the video vixen is facing the music in the court of law for posing naked in front of her son and sharing the photo on Instagram.
Is Shatta Wale, D-Black, Lord paper, Jay Bahd, Daniel Duncan-williams all bigger than the law? Why are they free men while Akuapem Poloo has to suffer ill fate?
We need answers and officers of the law must provide.
