Embattled Ghanaian socialite, Akuapem Poloo’s lawyer, Andy Vortia is all hopeful for lighter sentencing for his client.
According to him, although Akuapem Poloo faces a jail term of two years, there are mitigating factors to plea for lighter sentencing such as a fine or bonding.

He mentioned Poloo being a single mother and the only bread winner in her family can be used to plea for mercy to avoid getting a jail sentencing.
Speaking on why Poloo was asked to go for a pregnancy test, Lawyer Andy Vortia revealed it’s part of the proceeding for non-menopausal women. It doesn’t mean Poloo is bound for jail.

Akuapem Poloo is being convicted after releasing a photo where she posed n~ked in front of her 7-year-old child.
