Ghanaian rapper Kwaw Kese is not pleased with the final ruling of the court to jail actress Akuapem Poloo for 90 days over her n*de post on social media.
Poloo was charged with publication of obscene materials, engaging in domestic violence namely a conduct that in any way undermined another person’s privacy and integrity, and engaging in domestic violence namely conduct that in any way detracted or was likely to detract from another person’s dignity and worth as a human being.

Trial judge Ms Christiana Cann handed down a 90-day jail sentence for all three charges to be served concurrently.
Kwaw Kese is of the view that there are more crazier posts on social media than what Akuapem Poloo did and questioned the law on what they see wrong with a mother going naked in front of her son.
