The Executive Director of Child Rights International, Mr Bright Appiah, has revealed that despite her so-called fame and celebrity status, Akuapem Poloo is broke.

Bright Appiah in an interview with ZionFelix has revealed that during their attempt to take Poloo to court over her n*de photo, they offered a solution to drop the case.

Poloo was supposed to raise Ghc 200,000 to be placed into an investment account in the name of her son for the irreparable harm she caused him.

They agreed to resolve the issue amicably if she could do that.

Appiah however say after several meetings, Poloo could not raise the amount. In fact, she could not even raise Ghc 10,000 to be put into the account.

This points to nothing but the fact that Poloo is broke.

Her inability to raise the money meant that the case proceeded to court and ended with her receiving a 90 day jail term.

The case is currently on appeal and Poloo has been granted bail.
