Mr. Bright Appiah, the executive director of Child Rights International has made another statement with regards to children and their rights.
According to him, in as much as it is humanitarian and acceptable to make donations to underprivileged children, what is not right is taking pictures of them and posting them on social media.
He says the laws at the outfit frowns on helping children and posting pictures of it on social media mostly aimed at garnering social media likes.
Mr. Bright also added that, the outfit would take time to make sure that parents who are using their children to make money on social media would equally be brought to book.
We can only imagine the number of people who would find themselves wanting as many are those who have posted such photos.
