Forbes magazine has ranked BET award winning Ghanaian rapper Micheal Owusu Addo aka Sarkodie as the richest musician in Ghana.
Sarkodie was ranked as number one on the richest Ghanaian musician list beating loudmouth dancehall artiste Shatta Wale by a wide margin.

According to Forbes, Sarkodie is worth over $10 million and is the richest musician in the country.
Shatta Wale followed with an over $3.5 million gap between he and Sarkodie putting him on a net worth of $6.5 Million, the magazine also ranked.

This goes a long way to shut the mouth of Shatta Wale who parades himself as the richest in the industry and labels everyone else as broke.
