Ghanaian entrepreneur and social media influencer Gemini Goddezz has revealed that the recent allegations against Bishop Dag Heward Mills of Lighthouse Chapel do not faze her because she already knew he’s a con artist.
In a post on social media following news that 6 former pastors of the church has sued over the church’s refusal to pay their SNNIT benefits whilst working there, Goddezz took to social media to reveal what she also knows about the church.
According to her, she realized long ago that Lighthouse is about money and not salvation or anything of the sort.
She also claims Bishop Heward Mills ‘conned’ her a couple of times and after that she realized and left the church.
She wrote: “I left lighthouse never to return to Christianity or any religion. This Dag erh! He’s a con artist ankasa. He did it twice and I wasn’t going to wait for the third time
“He will come to our branch under the pretense of healing and miracle, only to come and have a fund raising. I started that church after completing JHS, age 14 and I left after a decade!!Tweakai!!I saw the business inside his church and left.
“His subordinates are no different, they just have different ways.I know this will hit some people in my list today but Chale the truth is one. All churches are for money. not salvation nor paradise”.
Her concerns come after the story of the 6 pastors suing the church went viral. It has left Ghanaians raising concerns over how churches have become so money conscious in this day and age.
