A former student of Wesley Girls Senior High School has made a sad appeal to the public to save her from her rich abusive husband known as Stephen Adu.
The lady, name unknown, said she was married to a rich man from an affluent family and their less than two years marriage has been nothing but abusive.
The mother of two was captured on camera shedding tears uncontrollably and narrating how her husband has used her as a punching bag.
”I’ve been married for less than two years. My husband is Stephen Adu … His family is quite affluent. He did this to me. I have two kids with him. I don’t have money for a lawyer, I’m from a poor home,” she said while crying in the video.
”I’m jobless; he didn’t want me to work, he didn’t want me to find any job. He wanted me to work with his family but the salary was small so I couldn’t stay.”
The lady called on human rights organisations and other influential institutions to come to her aid because she’s vulnerable and needs help.
