Ghanaian dancehall king, Shatta Wale has made his first public appearance after he took a leave from social media.

Following Shatta Wale’s time off from social media, there have been unpleasant reports that the musician is allegedly battling kidney problems.

Though Shatta Wale’s manager has come out to debunk claims that he’s battling kidney problems, rumours have it that Shatta is unfit. He has not been eating well but he’s been very consistent on smoking.

Shatta Wale looks frail, weak and appears older than his usual look. Regardless of what is supposedly going on about his health, Shatta Wale is seen smoking in the video.
