Veteran Ghanaian broadcaster, Captain Smart has broken his silence following his indefinitely suspension from air.
Captain Smart is completely unbothered about being kicked off air because of his honesty.

According to him, he has done nothing wrong, except constructively criticising the government to ‘FixTheCountry’.
In an interview with Paul Adom Otchere on the Good Evening Ghana show, on Thursday, May 6th, Captain Smart revealed that he was accused of calling Akufo-Addo, Bawumia, the IGP and Alan Kyerematen fools.

According to him, he challenged the NPP party officials who were mounting pressure on the General Manager of ABN to sanction him to provide evidence to their claim but they couldn’t.
Captain Smart noted he would have apologised and resigned had they provided evidence. Yet in the absence of evidence, he was taken off air.
Having said that, Captain Smart boldly stated that he will not go hungry if he loses his job because he has prepared himself very well to face anything.
