Alternative singer Amaarae has said the online protests going on in Ghana has no effects on politicians and has suggested a more potent approach.
Amaarae indicated that politicians don’t care about the cry of citizens but will react swiftly if one of their kids are kidnapped.

The singer-songwriter wrote on twitter, “Politicians don’t gaf about your internet protests. Kidnap one of they kids or sth.”
Her comments comes as a reaction to the ongoing protests in Ghana where the youth of the country are calling on leaders to act right.
