I Knew ‘Adom’ Will Win – I Deserved It!- Diana Hamilton Claps Back at Bleeding Haters

Gospel Musician, Diana Antwi Hamilton says she is deserving of her award and everything she took home at the 2021 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.

Diana says she worked hard and the blessings of God saw her through— she says she very well knew her song titled ‘Adom’ was going to win the most popular song of the year.

To all those making that background noise, Diana wants you to know that it was not as if they gave her something she did not deserve.

Speaking on Daybreak Hitz this morning, the Adom crooner said;

“I knew Adom would win the most popular song of the year. Adom was the song. It’s not like it didn’t deserve it or anything. However, I was surprised Adom won that category.”

Diana’s Adom won most popular song of the year beating Atta Adwoa by Bosom P Yung, No Dulling by Keche featuring Kuami Eugene, Enjoyment by Kidi, Ekorso by Kofi Jamar, Open Gate by Kuami Eugene, La Hustle by Medikal, Happy day by Sarkodie, Kidi’s say cheese, Darkovibes’ Inna song and Sore by Yaw Tog.

According to Diana, she respects everyone and what they bring to the table as far as music is concerned. She urges all musicians and people who play key role in the music industry to do their best so they can collectively help the stale industry.

Meanwhile, KiDi is still being trolled for losing on the artist of the year to Diana, according to them, did he really think his secular music can compete with a gospel music.

In KiDi’s defense, he just does secular music, it does not mean he is evil because his stepfather is even a man of God and he takes his spiritual needs seriously.
