BET Nominated Ghanaian rapper Emmanuel Kwesi Danso Arthur Jnr., famed as Kwesi Arthur has described Ghanaian leaders as gluttons who think of nothing but their bellies.
Kwesi Arthur joins the many youth who have lost hope in the leaders of Ghana who fold their hands and watch the country break down under their feet.
The rapper said in a tweet that the families of slain fix the country activist Macho Kaaka and those who lost their lives in a protest at Ejura should put the blame on the selfish leaders.
He went on to describe the leaders as Gluttons who only care about their gains and not the well being of citizens.
“Peace to all the families who lost thema people cos of these gluttons we dey call leaders.” Kwesi tweeted.
Some citizens also supported his statements calling the young rapper a true leader for speaking against greedy leaders.
Kwesi Arthur is not the only celebrity angry at leaders in Ghana.
Actress Yvonne Nelson boldly told President of Ghana, Nana Akufo-Addo that his silence on the recent murders of Fix The country protestors will never be forgotten by the youth.
She fumed on twitter questioning why innocent citizens must lose their lives for campaigning for a better living condition in their own country.
Yvonne made this statement in a tweet that reads, “Mr President @NAkufuAddo you will be remembered for the many things happening under your watch. Nobody must die for protesting for A BETTER GHANA.”
