Prophet Nigel Gaisie has filed a counter defamation suit against Justice Kwaku Annan of Net2 TV Fame for making false allegations about him.
This will be the 2nd suit filed against the controversial NET 2 Television journalist this month.
The first suit came from the former Inspector General of Police, David Asante-Apeatu, sued him for accusing him of being on the payroll of a Nigerian crime ring operating in Ghana.

Justice Kwaku Annan accused the former IGP of shielding a notorious Nigerian Crɨme Rɨng in Ghana.
He made this allegations in the heat of the Korle Bu bullion van robbery in Ghana. The host of The Seat show broadcasted on NET2 Television said most of these crimes are committed by a Nigerian ring in Ghana and the former IGP knows who they are.
“Former IGP, Mr. David Apeatu’s adminstration you know these men whose names I am about to mention. You know them. What did he do? What did you do? I say that you know these notorious armed robbers whose names I am anout to mention. Why haven’t you been able to arrest them. Former IGP you know this. What have you done, what did you do. Mr.Apeatu, I say you know these people”, extract of the defandant’s broadcasted and published defamatory of the plaintiff read.
Kwaku Annan was first to sue the man of God for defamation but Nigel Gaisie responded with a counter lawsuit.
