The Virgin Mary scenario is at play over here and this time, Ghanaian singer Gyakie is playing Mary.
One of the hottest female musicians in Ghana right now, Jackline Acheampong aka Gyakie has revealed that she is not dating any man right now.
As a matter of fact, The “Forever” singer says she does not plan to jump into any relationship and has given an insulting reason to her decision.
Vigrin Gyakie explained in an Instagram Q&A that she is not dating right now because she does not want to destroy her future.
Gyakie is in her final year at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in Kumasi and juggles her studies with active music so she explained that getting a boyfriend in addition to these tedious tasks will destroy her.

She stated categorically that she wants to focus on her career and a relationship will just sway her from her goal.
Gyakie sings mostly about love but claims love is a destruction– talk about selling drugs and preaching about addiction.
She justified her stance that music is an art and she was glad people were utilizing her song to find love but that is a no go area for her.
