A driver has shared his experience of how a Policewoman left her iPhone 12 pro max in his car after forcefully taking ghc200 bribe from him.
The driver is now asking social media users to help him decide if he should return the phone to the policewoman or keep it as a gift.
According to the driver, the incident happened when he was travelling from Aflao to Accra. He explained that he was stopped at a checkpoint when he got to Sogakope by a group of Ghana Police officers for not using his seat belt.
He begged a Policewoman when he realised he was at fault but she refused to let him go and detained him.
The driver added that he was threatened by the policewoman that she was going to seize his driver’s licence and impound the car if he did not cough up Ghc200.
He sadly gave out the last money on him and went his way but the unexpected happened as he was about to enter the Tema motorway.
According to him, a phone rang beside him and he realised it might have been for the Policewoman who sat in his car to demand the Ghc200 bribe.
He took the phone and noticed it was an iPhone 12 pro max, a phone which cost over GHS11,000.
The policewoman had exchanged an iPhone 12 pro max for a GHc200 bribe and the driver is asking if he should return the phone for his money because the phone has been buzzing with calls from the lady now begging him to return her phone.
