Nana Akua Addo recently trended for a similar reason after she turned up for the 2021 VGMA Awards. Her red carpet photo took over the internet as fans trolled her for looking overly white and awkward.

It turned out that someone used his fake camera to take her the picture. She later dropped her edited photos to counter the claim.
