Rihanna Officially Becomes A Billionaire As She Is Ranked The World’s Wealthiest Female Musician

The baddest has done it yet again. You cannot help but admire the work ethic of super star Robyn Rihanna Fenty known in showbiz circles as Rihanna

Forbes, who are known for documenting estimated earnings of the rich in society, announced that Rihanna has joined the list of world billionaires. She is estimated to have a whooping 1.7 billion dollars.

The 33 year old artiste created her brand Fenty Beauty in 2017 with the intention of creating more inclusivity in the beauty industry. This led into a series of good financial events and now she is ranked the wealthiest female musician in the world. 

She also ranks as the second wealthiest female entertainer as she placed second to Oprah Winfery who has a net worth of 2.7 billion dollars.  Rihanna, who is widely known for her music, did not become a billionaire mainly off her music. 

Majority of her fortune worth $1.4 billion comes from the value of Fenty Beauty. She however owns 50% of Fenty Beauty now and her other business SavagexFenty which is a lingerie line is an estimated 270 million.

The rest lies in her earnings as a world class musician. Rihanna has over 100 million followers each on Twitter and Instagram and  capitalized on her social media presence as huge advertisement platforms.
