I Sometimes Regret Becoming A Pastor – Rev. Obofour Cries

Reverend Obofour, Founder and leader of Anointed Palace Chapel, has disclosed that he sometimes regrets choosing to become a man of God when there are millions of trades and professions out there.

The famous man of God said when he sits back to thinks deeply about the insults and public ridicule he is subjected to, it makes him wish he had chosen a different line of work or had not answered when God called him.

Rev. Obofour said, while speaking on his private station with one of his junior pastors, that the kingdom of God has a greater issue, and those who are courageous enough to speak out are viewed as adversaries.

The good men of God are subjected to backlash by the public because of mistakes the bad ones do, he stressed.

Rev Obofour also expressed that one thing that saddens his heart for choosing to do God’s work is when he sees his colleague Prophets doing the same things he does (selling miracle water and taking consultation fees) talk against him.

He added that pastors, all sent to execute one task which is win souls for Christ, do not see eye to eye in the country because one thinks the other is doing a better job than him.

The above and many other things he cannot spew out in public makes him want to hang his clerical cloth and pick up another trade.

Rev. Obofour is one of the most talked about televangelists in Ghana.

He prides himself in luxury just as much as he does to the work of God.

The self-made richest pastor of his time owns a Fleet of luxury cars and occasionally take his beautiful wife, Obofowaa on exotic trips.

We never thought Rev. Obofour would regret becoming a pastor because he has made a fortune from the work of God – you should see how he celebrates his kids on their birthdays.

In Ghana, becoming a pastor or a prophet is one of the surest way to gaining the Millionaire status, aside being a lawmaker– so the street thinks.

These two professions have the most following, aside entertainers, but they recieve overwhelming insults because many think they use cunning means to extort money from the public.
