Nana, Kwesi and Kwame – Brampton Manor Academy Praises Three British-Ghanaian Students for Admission into Cambridge and University of Warwick

Three students of Ghanaian descent in the UK have been highlighted by their school for passing their A-levels with remarkable distinction.

The Brampton Manor Academy in Newham, London, posted about the three students of Ghanaian origins who just passed their recent exams.

All three – Nana, Kwesi and Kwame – got A*A*A* in their exams and received admissions into prestigious UK universities.

Nana (female), gained admission into the Cambridge University (Trinity College) to study philosophy whilst Kwesi and Kwame both gained admission into the University of Warwick to study economics.

Their school highlighted their major successes in a series of tweets.

“It’s AAA for Nana who is heading off to Cambridge university (Trinity college) to study Philosophy. Massive congrats Nana. We are so proud of you,” the school’s twitter account posted.

In other tweets, the school gave similar praise to the two boys.

“Kwesi achieved AAA and will be studying Economics at Warwick. Massive congrats Kwesi.

“Kwame achieved A*A*A* and will be studying Economics at Warwick university. Massive congrats Kwame. We are so proud of you.” they tweeted.

The story of these three comes immediately following Ghanaian twins earning marks of distinction in their own A-levels in the U.K.

The pair, Emmanuel and Ebenezer Boakye, passed their A-levels with distinction and promptly gained admission into Cambridge and Oxford universities.

According to the BBC, the duo earned top marks in their exams – a combined six A*s and one A at Hackney’s Mossbourne Community Academy.
