She Did It Again! Nana Aba Anamoah Secures Great Job for Unemployed ATU Graduate Who Hit her DM

Nana Aba Anamoah has once again used her incredible reach and connections to secure a job for an unemployed graduate who hit her DM.

The graduate, an alumni of the Accra Technical University, had been on the job market for a while with no success.

I dare say we all know how hard it is to search for jobs in Ghana – almost every young person has gone through that wahala themselves or has a friend or family member who has gone through that wahala.

Let me tell you, it’s not easy.

You could have all the qualifications and talent in this world – finding a job in Ghana as a young graduate is harder than finding gold just lying aimlessly on the streets of Accra!

That is to say – it is next to impossible!

There is only one cause of this and it is the ‘whom you know’ syndrome.

Unless you know someone somewhere, forget it! You aren’t getting a job.

Case in point this graduate who had been searching for a job for ages yet never got it.

Luckily for her, she reached out to Nana Aba Anamoah on Instagram to plead for help.

Anamoah, the GhOne TV General Manager, has made it her stock in trade to help out struggling young people by connecting them with opportunities.

After the lady contacted her, she posted her plea on her handles.

The lady subsequently got an offer from Apricot Ghana and has now started work there.

After landing the job through Anamoah, she wrote back to thank her for her invaluable help.

“Hi Nana Aba, I want to express my outmost (sic) gratitude to you for helping me get a job. God bless you so much. I officially begin work today at Apricot Concepts Store and I wanted to express my appreciation. Thank you and have a blessed day, ma’am.”

Previous people Nana Aba has helped include a street boy who told her of his dream to become a broadcaster like her, and a graduate stuck in a car wash job.

Nana Aba has the connections and she’s using them for good. She deserves kudos for that because most people use their connections in a nepostic manner, which has caused the problems young people continue to face in the job market.
