Temper Justice With Mercy – Prophet Nigel Gaisie Begs For The Release Of Rev. Owusu Bempah

Prophet Nigel Gaisie has beseeched the court to temper justice with mercy in the case of Rev. Owusu Bempah.

As it stands, the man of God is behind bars patiently waiting for another hearing on Monday to determine if he will be found guilty or not guilty of the charges leveled against him.

Prophet Nigel Gaisie, in a reaction to the above news, said Rev. Owusu Bempah’s good behavior outruns his bad deeds and as such the court should treat him as a first offender.

The founder and leader of Prophetic Hill Chapel added that the judge of the case should consider situations and treat Owusu Bempah with kid’s gloves come Monday.

He added on by saying the man of God contributed immensely to the win of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) at the 2020 elections and the government must put in a word for him.

Nigel stressed that without the influence of Owusu Bempah in certain jurisdictions, the ruling government would have lost its seat to the opposition NDC.

Prophet Nigel Gaisie was heard saying, “Owusu Bempah was monumental in your re-election, considering what Owusu Bempah did for the NPP to come to power, it cannot be commensurate with any toes he had stepped on, if you weigh the two I think that his positivity outshines his negativity…. I mean he has helped you get power ….and he was very vocal. We cannot underestimate the impact of Rev Owusu Bempah in the re-election of Nana Akufo- Addo and Bawumia, you cannot, nobody can, I am a historian, if the historian is writing, nobody can write it off”.

His impact was monumental so you cannot do this. I am not saying the law should not work .. he has been arrested, where he was arrested was wrong and then he has been jailed… I feel that they should be gracious enough, considering the fact that people do worse things than that and they are walking”.

“For me is a man of God, I respect oil of God upon his life so I thought that they should temper Justice with mercy”.
