Shatta Wale has revealed the most humiliating moment of his career and to no one’s surprise, it involved Charterhouse.
Wale has narrated how in 2005, he was invited to the Ghana Music Awards for his first-ever appearance.
He had been nominated as one of the best new artistes, back when he was known as Bandana and had released his mega-hit song ‘Moko Hoo’ (Bandana from Ghana).
According to Shatta Wale, he was broke at the time with nothing to his name. He even had to take a taxi to attend the show.
After being nominated and given an invite, Shatta Wale narrates how Charterhouse humiliated him at the show.
When the time arrived to show the nominees for his category, Shatta claims everyone was shown on the large screen apart from him!
The video montage prepared for the category had all his competitors apart from him.
Shatta Wale described the moment as extremely humiliating.
Wale told the story to show that Charterhouse had been disrespecting him for a long time and not just in the past decade.
His narration was made in a new video Wale has released to complain about the ‘Entertainment media’ in Ghana.
