Davido failed to show up at the funeral of his personal photographer Fortune and that has caused an outrage online.

Fortunate Peter Ateumunname aka Fortune died whiles shooting a video and was buried few days ago at Yaba-Nigeria in a private service attended by close friends and family.

Some Nigerians have taken to social media to react after the service to heap pressure on Davido to explain why he could not attend the funeral.

Fortune was alleged to have died whiles shooting video at a poolside where he drowned even before he was able to be rescued.

Many industry players sympathized with the family of the young man and inked down emotional messages to the deceased.

Davido reacted to the death of Fortune a little bit later when emotions had died down.

The musician was accused of using his crew members for rituals because Fortune was the third death in his fold in the last couple of years.

Fortune’s brother, Caleb shared photos from the funeral ceremony on his Instagram page on Thursday, October 7.
